What counts as a brand?
A brand is one set of channels with its own calendar, voice, campaigns, queue and timezone. Agencies usually create one brand per client; a company with two products creates one per product.
What is an AI credit?
One credit is one generation — a draft, a rewrite for a network, a hashtag set or an inbox reply. Credits reset on the first of each month and never roll over. If you run out, the rest of the product keeps working.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, and we tell you up front if anything (extra brands or channels, for example) will be over the new limit.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You can keep using what you have already created — you just cannot add more of that thing until you upgrade or remove something. Nothing is deleted and scheduled posts still go out.
Do clients need a paid seat?
Not on the Agency plan. Client review links open a read-only page for one brand where a client can comment and approve without an account. If you want a client to log in and browse reports, give them the client role, which does use a seat.
Is annual billing actually cheaper?
Yes — the yearly price is ten times the monthly price, so you pay for ten months and get twelve. There is no other difference between the plans.
Do you offer a nonprofit or education discount?
Yes, 40% off Team and Agency for registered nonprofits and accredited schools. Sign up on any plan and ask support to apply it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace goes read-only at the end of the period and stays available for 30 days so you can export posts, media and reports. After that it is deleted, and so is anything in the media bucket.
