Data deletion instructions

You control everything Socialeasy stores about you. Depending on how much you want removed, use one of the options below. Nothing requires a support ticket except full account deletion.

Delete data for one social channel

   Open Channels

   Log in at www.socialeasy.in and go to Channels in the sidebar.

   Disconnect the channel

   Use the channel's menu and choose Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the channel's stored access tokens and its synced data from our systems.

   Optionally revoke on the platform side

   For Facebook or Instagram you can additionally remove Socialeasy under Facebook Settings → Business integrations — this invalidates any token the platform ever issued to us. Other networks offer the same under their connected-apps settings.

Delete individual content

Posts, media files, templates, link-in-bio pages and reports can each be deleted inside the product at any time. Deletions are immediate and permanent.

Delete your entire account

Email kivishaprojects@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account, workspaces you own, connected channel tokens, content, media and analytics within 30 days, and confirm by reply when it is done.
